What an accident. Celestine the mouse just wasn’t paying attention for a moment and it happened. Ernest’s precious violin is broken. The only person who can still repair it is Octavius. But he lives in Babbelonia, Ernest’s old home.
But everything is different there now.
No one is allowed to make music any more, and the birds are forbidden to sing.
